SMASH#9 Morning Training
your morning path
Barbara Berti

The class starts with a warm up based on somatic works, shaking, practices of breathing through kundalini yoga and endurance exercises to wake up the physical and mental body. It follows with a mix of improvisation and small sequences which we will learn to energize the body on different levels. A small meditation into movement is integrated in the last part of the class in order to re-centre ourselves into our own rhythm and be ready to embrace the rest of the day!

Barbara Berti was born and raised in Bologna, Italy, and is currently based in Berlin. She works on her own choreographic projects and collaborates with dance and theatre artists in performance art work through Western Europe, like: Judith Seng, Tino Seghal, Gabi Schilling and Isabelle Schad.
